Getting out of stuck thinking

Feb 15, 2023 | New posts, Unlocking possibilities podcast | 0 comments

Perhaps you have been wondering how to get out of your stuck thinking but don’t know how to.  Do you sometimes find yourself stuck in an unhelpful thinking loop that sends you in a downward spiral. ‘Why do I feel this’, ‘why can’t I change’ , why is this happening to me’?

Often you won’t even be aware of the thoughts that you are creating and how they are impacting the results of your life. NLP teaches you how to move from the ‘problem’ frame of thinking to the ‘outcome’ frame, inviting thinking that gives you choice and solutions.

In this episode I take you through a series of questions to ask yourself to guide your thinking towards outcomes, possibilities, opportunities and solutions.
